1 Is it necessary to register?
If you have not registered, you cannot access all kinds of handy extras, such as the latest manuals with tips & tricks, the latest colour mixing schemes and the forum. Registration is therefore recommended.

2 Can I use Paint your own Picture on different PCs?
Paint your own Picture can be used on different PCs. Paint your own Picture can only be registered under one name, however.

3 I have forgotten my username and password.
Go to www.paintyourownpicture.eu and click on ‘forgotten password’.

4 Which operating systems are suitable for Paint your own Picture?
Windows ® 2000 / XP / Vista TM Intel ® Pentium ® III, AMD ® Athlon TM 800 or above CP 310MB free hard disk space 512 MB RAM (for Windows ® XP), 1 GB RAM (for Windows Vista TM) 16-bit or higher color display at 1024 x 768

5 How can I improve the result through filtering?
In the screen «FILTER ILLUSTRATION» you can, among other things, make your photo lighter or darker, increase or reduce the contrast and soften or intensify the colour transitions. You can also adjust the colour channels red, green and blue for unusual pop-art effects and reduce the number of colours to make the photo more abstract.

6 Where can I find the registration number?
This can be found on the back of the CD-ROM.
